I was (still am!) always very fascinated with how trainers would move in perfect unison with their Malis and Dutchies and always wanted Heidi and I to move this way. Needless to say we're learning and have a long way to go but man I love watching us move!!!
I'll always be thankful to and for helping me out with this exercise. Wouldn't have been possible without you'll.
