Romeow Needs Your Help!!
Romeow is a 3 month old kitten that was rescued from Bandra West, when he was found wailing in agony, hiding under a car. On getting him out, we found that both his eyeballs have been manually pulled out, while one eyeball has fallen off, the other is jutting out and hanging on a single nerve.
Romeow needs immediate surgery, where both of his eyes will be operated upon, his eyelids cleaned and the upper and lower parts will be fused. Romeow has lost his eyesight permanently, however to prevent infections and further injuries, Romeow will require the surgery.
Romeow’s cost for recovery will come up to INR 18,590/-,
Which is inclusive of Surgery- INR 10,000 (INR 5000 per eye), Dressing, Painkillers and Antibiotics (for 30 days) – INR 890, Post operative care (150/day for 30 days) – INR 4,500, Vaccination and Deworming (INR 1050), Transport – INR 1200, Vet Visits (2 visits and week) – INR 2,000
Romeow is an extremely brave kitten who has survived this brutal ordeal for at least 2 days before being discovered. We owe it to him to make him better and live a pain-free life from now on.
