Some moments quietly pause a busy day—and make everyone smile. 🌱

In the middle of consultations, surgeries, and constant movement, we all stopped for a moment today. A simple note, a small plant, and a few heartfelt words were enough to bring genuine smiles across the room.

These are the moments that remind us why we chose this path. Not just to heal, but to connect. Not just to treat, but to care. Shared smiles like these between doctors, teams, and pet parents carry a happiness that stays long after the day ends.

Grateful for these little pauses that mean so much. 🙏🐾

Gumbo is alive today for one reason: a pet parent who refused to give up.
Some pet parents don’t just care — they defy the norm.

When faced with an aggressive tumour and a prognosis that pushed most towards comfort care, she chose courage over convention, hope over fear, and commitment over convenience.

This was not an easy decision.
A radical surgery like complete lower jaw removal is often not attempted because of concerns about post-operative quality of life. But sometimes, a pet parent teaches us something textbooks cannot — that love, patience, and unwavering dedication can redefine outcomes.

After moving through multiple foster homes, Gumbo finally found a family in his old age that gave him their heart and soul. They stood by him through the hardest days, relearned life alongside him, and proved that family is not about time — it’s about intention.

This story is not about a surgery.
It is about a pet parent who believed when belief was all that remained.
And because of that belief, Gumbo lives, eats, walks, and loves again. 🐾

From a limp to a life-saving diagnosis!

This is why regular check-ups and diagnostics matter.

A pet was referred to us with hind-limb pain, not responding to routine painkillers. On the surface, it looked like a straightforward orthopedic issue But medicine teaches us one rule again and again: treat the cause, not just the symptom.

We proceeded with diagnostic imaging.
An X-ray revealed a massive abdominal tumour, occupying nearly ¾ of the abdomen. The pain in the hind limbs wasn’t orthopedic at all — it was referred pain and systemic compromise.

A CT scan confirmed something crucial:
👉 The tumour, though large, was still operable.

Surgery was planned immediately.
We successfully removed a 3.2 kg tumour, measuring approximately 30 × 20 cm, and sent it for histopathology.

This case is a powerful reminder:

🔹 Painkillers can mask symptoms
🔹 Clinical signs can be misleading
🔹 Diagnostics change outcomes
🔹 Early and thorough evaluation can turn a poor prognosis into a second chance

In veterinary medicine, diagnosis is not an expense it is an investment in clarity, precision, and life.

🐾 Awareness Post: Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) in Persian Cats 🐾

Persian cats are beautiful and gentle souls—but they are also genetically predisposed to a serious condition called Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD).

🔬 What is PKD?
PKD is an inherited disorder where multiple fluid-filled cysts develop in both kidneys. Over time, these cysts enlarge and gradually reduce normal kidney function, leading to chronic kidney disease.

⚠️ Common signs to watch for:
• Increased thirst & urination
• Weight loss
• Reduced appetite
• Vomiting or lethargy
• Poor coat quality
⚠️ Many cats may look normal in early stages—silent progression is common.

🩺 How is PKD diagnosed?
• Ultrasound (can detect cysts as early as 8–10 months of age)
• Genetic testing (PKD1 gene)
Early diagnosis = better long-term management.

💊 Is there a cure?
There is no cure, but early detection and proper management can significantly slow progression and improve quality of life.

❤️ What can pet parents do?
✔️ Screen Persian kittens early
✔️ Regular kidney function tests
✔️ Kidney-friendly diet
✔️ Adequate hydration
✔️ Avoid breeding affected cats

Some days remind us why we chose this profession. 🤍

When pet parents take the time to write from the heart, it means more than any award ever could.
For Gumbo and for so many senior dogs who were given a fair chance, this note is a reminder that patience, honesty, and never giving up truly matter.

Thank you for trusting us when the cases were complicated and the odds weren’t in favour.
Moments like these make every long day worth it. 🐾✨

Grateful beyond words.

Today, we were able to make a difference in Cuddle’s life.
She was diagnosed with a severe uterine infection (pyometra), a life-threatening condition requiring immediate surgical intervention. The surgery was performed the same day, and we’re happy to share that she recovered beautifully.

As our Altamount Road branch completes one year, we’re grateful that this milestone could be marked by doing what matters most—being there for a life in need.

Moments like these reinforce why timely diagnosis, decisive action, and compassionate veterinary care truly matter. 🐾

Another IVDD success story. Three cheers for GUZ!!! 🐾✨ Our Hero.

There are moments in veterinary medicine that remind us why we chose this path.
Guz was once still… unable to stand… unable to walk.
Fear, uncertainty, and heartbreak surrounded his journey.

But today—he stands as a symbol of hope.
Hope that paralysis is not the end.
Hope that patience, science, dedication, and love can change destinies.
Hope for every pet parent who is silently praying beside their fur baby.

Guz didn’t give up.
His family didn’t give up.
And we never give up on them.

This video is a reminder to never lose faith, even on the darkest days.
Miracles don’t always come suddenly—sometimes they walk back to us, step by step. 🐕‍🦺💙

Three cheers for Guz—our fighter, our inspiration, our hero. 🙌🐾 Vikram Dave Harmandeep Singh Blue7vets Clinic Blue7vets

🐾 Cats are masters of hiding illness.
Unlike dogs, cats are very stoic and often don’t show symptoms until the condition is advanced.

This cat came in with only mild respiratory distress, gave birth to 4 healthy kittens 3 days back, but a chest tap revealed a large amount 150ml of fluid in the chest cavity.

👉 If you ever notice your cat breathing fast, showing even slight difficulty in breathing, or appearing lethargic — please don’t wait. See a veterinarian immediately.

Early detection and timely intervention can make all the difference. ❤️🐱
