He is 84 years old and religiously feeds the stray animals of Colaba. He adores them and the animals flock to him for their daily morsel. The stairwell is exactly opposite the Picadilly Restaurant. . As you browse through the colourful jewellery and clothes in the causeway, also take a moment to look out for Narayan. Hi everyone, I was just informed that Narayan Uncle (the kind-hearted gentleman who'd sometimes go hungry but make sure all his babies got sufficient food) passed away on Thursday. This page is dedicated to him and all the amazing work he's done over the years. To everyone who knew him, knew of him, saw him - know that he is as iconic to Colaba as is Electric House itself. Will never stop looking out for him at his special feeding spots. And it makes us all happy to know that the cats and doggos up in heaven will now never go hungry. Do keep him in your thoughts. This is a call for help. A man that has selflessly given so much for our four legged friends needs YOUR help now. On complete bed rest in the hospital, Narayan Uncle keeps asking "But who will look after the animals?" We need to come together and form a pool for the monthly expenses for the food for the cats and dogs who'd otherwise go hungry. In addition, we are looking for help with anyone who can feed the babies in the evening. A kind soul is doing the needful in the morning. It would mean everything to him. Guys looking for forever home for 5 adult angolian persians. Owner just 45 years of age passed away suddenly on Friday leaving them behind with no one to take care. This is an urgent appeal to everyone on this page. With the onset of the monsoon the prices of fish have increased. While a few of us have been donating to uncle to help with the feeding, it is not sufficient. We need monthly contributions for the monsoon season to support the feeding of all the hungry animals.
