Utkarsh ABC Centre, in collaboration with the Jalgaon City Municipal Corporation, will sterilize and vaccinate over 5,000 dogs by March 2026.
The centre was inaugurated on August 11, 2025, by: Shri Suresh Bhole Ji, MLA, Jalgaon; Shri Uday Patil Ji, Assistant Commissioner – Health, Jalgaon City Municipal Corporation, and Adv. Dagadu Londhe, CEO and President, Utkarsh Global Foundation
The ABC (Animal Birth Control) programme plays a vital role in managing the dog population and preventing rabies, contributing to a safer and more compassionate community.

उत्कर्ष श्वान निर्बिजीकरण केंद्र, जळगाव शहर महानगरपालिकेच्या सहकार्याने, मार्च २०२६ पर्यंत ५,००० हून अधिक श्वानांचे निर्बिजीकरण व लसीकरण करण्याचे उद्दिष्ट ठेवण्यात आले आहे.

श्वान निर्बीजीकरण केंद्राचे उद्घाटन ११ ऑगस्ट २०२५ रोजी करण्यात आले. या प्रसंगी मान्यवर म्हणून उपस्थित होते:

श्री. सुरेशजी भोळे – आमदार, जळगाव विधानसभा

श्री. उदयजी पाटील – सहाय्यक आयुक्त (आरोग्य), जळगाव शहर महानगरपालिका

ॲड. दगडू लोंढे – मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी व अध्यक्ष, उत्कर्ष ग्लोबल फाउंडेशन
तसेच इतर मान्यवरही उपस्थित होते.

एबीसी (Animal Birth Control) कार्यक्रम हा श्वानसंख्या नियंत्रण व रेबीस प्रतिबंधासाठी महत्त्वपूर्ण ठरतो. या उपक्रमामुळे समाज अधिक सुरक्षित, निरोगी आणि संवेदनशील होण्यास मदत होते.
