Madurai’s Largest Private Aquarium! | 10×4×3 ft South American Aquarium | 3,800L

We’re proud to unveil one of the largest private aquariums in Madurai — a massive 10 × 4 × 3 ft (L × B × H) South American biotope-inspired aquarium designed and built by Filial Aquatics.

This incredible aquarium holds approximately 3,800 litres of water and is home to an impressive collection of South American freshwater species:

🐠 200 Koi Angelfish
🐟 200 Congo Tetras
🐠 50 Silver Dollars
🐟 50 Albino Corydoras
🐠 10 Bristlenose Plecos
🐟 12 Geophagus Red Head Tapajós

The entire system was designed to provide the space, filtration and natural environment required for a large community of South American freshwater fish.

From the massive glass construction and custom sump filtration to the huge driftwood arrangement and carefully selected fish, this project was built to be both visually impressive and biologically functional.

This is just the beginning.
