🌱 World Environment Day 2026 at Ludhiana Zoo 🌱
On the occasion of World Environment Day, Ludhiana Zoo organized a tree plantation drive to promote environmental conservation and enhance green cover within the zoo premises.
The programme was attended by distinguished guests including Mr. Jatinder Singh (Contractor), Mr. Nirvair Singh Lahoria (Sarpanch), Mr. Ajay Malhotra (Sarpanch), Mr. Vijay Singh (Sarpanch), Mr. Ravinder Adiya (Retired Inspector), and Mr. Rashpal Singh (Retired Inspector).
Participants planted saplings and took a pledge to protect the environment, reduce pollution and encourage tree plantation for a greener and healthier future. Mr. Narinder Singh, In-charge, Ludhiana Zoo, appealed to citizens to actively contribute towards environmental conservation by planting and nurturing trees.
Together, let us work towards a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future for generations to come.
