Anybody to help with information?

I have created this page after learning from a video guiding the steps, " how to set up a page. " from YouTube.

My location is Kolkata, India , but the currency was told in that video to set as USD.
Right now tried to boost my last post but could not do so because my Country and currency do not match,
I thought the instruction to set the currency as USD was to get the benefit if this page achieves monetization.

But till now I couldn't reach towards more views and that is why need to boost my posts.

Here it is said in the instruction, that once set Country and Currency can not be changed.
But how that is possible, My Country is India, then currency should be rupees and option to update if any error has been done should be provided.
Any help ?

I wrote many years ago learning from an article on TOI , that by nature human being is lazy , but the capability to overcome that laziness has made people successful in their lives .

Whatever work one does or creates , thinking on their innovations and moving fast to accomplish it , makes the difference as the more time passes , many other new options may slow down the process .

Focussing on the objective of everyday with the purpose to fulfill own dream along with shared values , honesty , commitment , spreading good vibes , love , peace ...all these builds the environment in which people thrive .

May 2025 be the year for honest efforts because the mind which do focusses to build something substantial , definitely succeeds .
This year I am focussing on my write ups, looking forward good offers regarding this.

Work always take new shapes through out the career , either internal change or the professional change .
I have done network marketing , practising as Vedic Astrologer , do writing and communications , building my brandwork and so many associate roles which came to me during my work journey .

Work never stays fixed at any point , if it is that means the graph has been stagnated . So change in the approach , change in doing things , whenever necessary takes us forward in the journey .

This below post I have written few years back at my career with the thought process of that time .

Now it has a different meaning to me for change in the approach in my writings and communications which I am doing for my social FB profile and for this page .

This one I wrote in 2020 , and it was sorted at the top of LinkedIn hashtag .

I go through various posts on online everyday and a thought came to my mind about the fundamental speculative position of a person or any company , brands .
Usually what I find most about the women presence is that they are looking for a man or they should be something so that they get dating offers ...this is speculation or myth which I think do not fit for everybody .
But it is rarely for a man's presence guessed by women in this way .

We must acknowledge and respect everybody's presence and if any communications has to be done , it should be with proper crafting of the messages .
In this regard , a conversation between emperor Alexander and King Puru of BharatBarsha came to my mind .
When captivated King Puru was asked what sort of behavior he expects , he told Alexander like " To a King from a King " .
Alexander was so moved by this statement , he immediately released King Puru and returned his Kingdom .

Each act , each conversation and each offer which dignifies the unique presence , that uplifts human spirit .

Starting the day with a good breakfast is so very necessary for good health .
I usually focus to a less oily food , having nuts , seeds , fruits , vegetables , mostly fish protein , lentils and egg or chicken twice or once a week as meals .

But treats are also needed for variations ..so today grilled Veg Sandwitch with veg mayonnaise , onion..capsicum rings , cheese slices , tomato sauce , spinkle of black pepper , a pinch of black salt , and butter .
It was awesome with coriander leaves tasty paste ( chatni ) .

Focussing on what we consume ..food for body and mind is so important to start a day .

Just completed writing my gratitude morning notes and wishes in the diary .
It has been a practise since 2024 and whenever I pen down my thoughts in the morning , I feel so much of happiness inside and a belief that all my wishes are going to be fulfilled now .

Writing dreams , goals and uttering positive affirmations with a clear date of achieving them in the morning and whenever possible , are such a moral booster which sets the intention of mind to the Universe .
Many people know about 3 V's ..Visualization , Verbalization and Vitalization and all these are actually giving belief to self so that the actions synchronises with the intentions .

I am grateful to the Universe for giving me so much clarity of what I want so that I could write down those and achieve the goals .

Writing what we want along with a date , telling close ones about that and dreaming of the happiness ... joy ...of achieving in the present ..a simple everyday routine bring so much of fulfillment , and abundance in life and work .

Only criteria is self belief that it is happening .

In the course of work , career , and in life , people may become victim of betrayal , deceit or manipulations and when they understands that , it feels very bad .
In this situation , people need to understand the transitions and set a clear boundary .

What nurtures mind , body , soul , life with family and near and dear ones , that should be the priority .

Not money , position or anything else .

If the effort has been done honestly , reward is bound to come .

Leadership is all about overcoming the challenges and setting right examples for others to follow .
It never depends on position in any company , nor how much a person earns .
If anybody inspire another one to be a better person in any way , she or he is a Leader .
How many persons in their immediate circle has changed to a better version , that denotes the capability .
Leaders always inspire in a positive way .

Yesterday I spoke in my video for my page that through out my life I have faced many challenges , which I havn't said that I have overcome all those and now I am confident of my worth that I won't face any of those challenges in the future .
Wished a great day yesterday , and really it was .

Working in mind , understanding the causes , and taking action ...these are part of any Leadership .
Wishing happiness and fulfillment in every aspect of my life and for others who are on the path of setting right examples as a Leader .
