We at Mountain Snow Dogs would like to be different and are hopeful pet parents would give more emphasis on a healthy, well balanced homemade diet for their pets who too are an important part of the family! That said, means purchasing the Diet Plan for different stages of the growth of the puppy. Conducting Health Tests of the puppy quarterly or half year is recommended strongly to ensure the puppy is growing up healthy. We will place our puppies in families who are willing to meet the above. Starting at week Four it is time the puppies get to know the kind of diet they would be having as they grow up and also during their lifetime. By the time puppies are close to Four weeks old it is time get them used to human contact within the family and friends as well as interacting with our other adult Alaskan Malamute’s. This is also the time when they hear different sounds and noises such as the noise of the vacuum cleaner, the whistle of a pressure cooker, the sound of music, television, probably the sound of the thunder and lightning if it’s monsoons, reasons they should not be frightened or feel insecure when they are exposed to different sounds. Interacting with the pack helps them in socializing and therefore helps growing up with a good, friendly temperament and are not aggressive or shy. Our puppies will never be homed before 57 days. All our puppies will go home de-wormed and vaccinated as required according to their age. The parents of our puppies are health checked. We always breed dogs with a good temperament and never use an aggressive male or a female. We do not breed Coat Colour. Our weaning program along with a natural balanced diet helps reduce the stress on the puppies, help them grow healthy, strong and self dependent. Placing our puppies at a minimum age of 57 days helps the mother during separation. All this is hard work for us and we love seeing the little ones grow.
