Entry-Level Staff Accountant
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their accounting career who is eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have foundational accounting knowledge and experience with billing software .

Responsibilities:
Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Reconcile bank statements.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Utilize billing software for various accounting tasks, including data entry, report generation, and reconciliation.
Input and manage data within management software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Perform general administrative and office duties as needed, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
Assist with preparing financial reports and statements.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Adhere to all company policies and accounting principles.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing).

Experience with billing software is a significant plus.
Strong general office skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
