I have received so many calls n SMS that why I am doing this? Yes today I will share everything with you all.

Two main culprit Bappa n Arko has the right to continue their work at LALI animal care behala, because of them PENNY is missing. God knows how is she? No action is taken against them.

And after done so much work from morning to night , taking care of all the animals today I have no access to See Babu, Sheru and Buri ma.......

When that incident happened that time I was not there, but yes I have tried my level best to find out Penny......

I wanted to take strong legal action against Two culprit. I wanted to give news paper add just to find out that Poor cat, etc etc.....

So other Member of the NGO started ignoring me, made some disgusting comments about me. Stopped talking to me in any manner whatsoever. But yes I have tried my level best to sort out the matter.

So finally I have decided not work with this manner, but that time I didn't resign, being a Secretary and As per rent Agreement I do have a right to go and see 3 dogs there ......I do have a right to feed them I do have a right to play with them......

But all of a sudden Door lock changed, so that I didn't go there.....

From evening 5 pm to night 10 pm all 3 dog r alone and locked in a room.....

The above mentioned statement is true n I do have all the phone records, WhatsApp chat records , video n some photographs n agreement copy and local eye witness to prove what ever I have said.....

I am not sharing anything further here, my journey ends here with the NGO.

অভিনন্দন, দিল্লি হাইকোর্টের বিচারপতি জে আর মিধা৷

নজিরবিহীন রায় দিল্লি হাইকোর্টের৷ পথ-কুকুরদেরও খাদ্যের অধিকার রয়েছে, রায় ঘোষণা করলো দিল্লি হাইকোর্ট৷

রায়ে বলা হয়েছে, Community dogs (stray/street dogs) have the right to food and citizens have the right to feed community dogs but in exercising this right, care and caution should be taken to ensure that it does not impinge upon the rights of others or cause any harm, hindrance, harassment and nuisance to other individuals or members of the society," Justice J R Midha Of Delhi High Court, said in a 86-page verdict.

পথ-কুকুরদেরও নিয়মিত খাবার পাওয়ার অধিকার রয়েছে৷ একইসঙ্গে তাদের খাওয়ার দেওয়ারও অধিকার রয়েছে যে কোনও মানুষের৷ এক মামলার রায়ে এ কথা জানিয়েছে দিল্লি হাইকোর্ট৷
এখানেই শেষ নয়,

◾দিল্লি হাইকোর্টের বিচারপতি জে আর মিধা অ্যানিমেল ওয়েলফেয়ার বোর্ডকে নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন পথ- কুকুরদের খাবার দেওয়ার জন্য নির্দিষ্ট জায়গা খুঁজতে হবে।

◾পথ-কুকুরদের যেমন খাবার পাওয়ার অধিকার রয়েছে, তেমনই সাধারণ মানুষেরও তাদের খাবার দেওয়ার অধিকার রয়েছে।

◾কিন্তু এই কাজের ফলে আশেপাশের বাসিন্দাদের যাতে কোনও অসুবিধা না হয়, সেই বিষয়েও নজর রাখতে হবে।

◾পথ-কুকুরদের খাবার দেওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে একটি নির্দিষ্ট গাইডলাইন করারও নির্দেশ দিয়েছে দিল্লি হাইকোর্ট৷ এ বিষয়ে একটি কমিটি গঠন করার কথাও বলা হয়েছে।

◾কমিটিতে থাকবেন প্রাণী সম্পদ বিকাশ দফতরে একজন প্রতিনিধি, দিল্লি পুরসভার এক প্রতিনিধি, দিল্লি ক্যান্টনমেন্ট বোর্ডের প্রতিনিধি , অ্যাডভোকেট প্রজ্ঞা শর্মা, AWBI কাউন্সিল মনীষা শর্মা।

◾আদালত বলেছে, প্রতিটি পথ-কুকুর তাদের নির্দিষ্ট এলাকায় থাকে। সেই এলাকার মধ্যেই নির্দিষ্ট একটি জায়গায় তাদের খাবার দেওয়ার ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে।
◾সারমেয়রা যাতে জল ও খাবার পায় তা সুনিশ্চিত করতে হবে স্থানীয় পুরসভাকে।

◾আদালত বলেছে, পথ-কুকুরদের বন্ধ্যাত্বকরণ এবং টিকাকরণ করার পর তাঁদের নির্দিষ্ট এলাকায় রেখে আসতে হবে।
গত কয়েকদিন আগে দিল্লি পুর এলাকায় পথ-কুকুরদের খাবার দেওয়া নিয়ে এক আবাসনের বাসিন্দাদের মধ্যে তুমুল অশান্তি বাধে। ঝগড়া গড়ায় আদালত পর্যন্ত। একপক্ষের দাবি, আবাসনের দরজায় কুকুরদের খাওয়ানো যাবে না। এতে অসুবিধা হচ্ছে বাসিন্দাদের৷ অপর পক্ষের দাবি ছিল, পথ-কুকুরকে তাঁরা নিয়মিত খাবার দিতে চান। এই কাজ বেআইনি নয়৷
এই মামলাতেই এমন রায় ঘোষণা করেছে দিল্লি হাইকোর্ট।
