It’s been a long journey, and I wanted to capture a few moments from it. I gathered some old clips to make this collage. Not everyone could be included. With over 600+ students, it’s impossible to fit you all into one video, but I carry memories of each and every one of you. Sending lots of love to every single student who’s been part of this journey 🤍

When I stepped into the world of dog training, I had one clear goal: to prove that training dogs does not mean making them suffer. It does not mean abuse, beating, or constant scolding. Training should be joyful for the dog and for the owner. I wanted to become someone people look up to when they think of ethical and compassionate dog training.

We train.
We play.
We grow together 🐾✨

Sometimes dogs become reactive to the doorbell because of classical conditioning.
Classical conditioning means the dog learns through association. Over time, the dog accidentally learns that doorbell = someone is coming inside. This expectation builds excitement or stress, which often turns into barking, rushing the door, or full reactivity.
To reduce this, we use counter-conditioning.
Counter-conditioning means changing what the doorbell predicts for the dog. The goal is to break the belief that the bell always means a person is arriving.
How to do it:
Practice with a false doorbell every day. One person rings the bell, while another person inside the house acts as if someone has arrived—but without actually opening the door or letting anyone in. When the dog runs to the door, nothing happens. No guest appears.
With repetition, the dog starts to realize:
“Bell sound doesn’t always mean someone is coming.”
As this new association forms, the dog’s reaction gradually decreases because the bell loses its emotional meaning. Over time, the excitement and reactivity fade naturally 🐶✨

Part 2 – Progress Session
During this phase of Leo’s training, we gently introduced guidance through light leash pressure to help him understand direction and reassurance rather than restraint. The pressure was minimal and used purely as a communication tool, allowing Leo the space and time to process the situation at his own pace.
Initially, Leo showed hesitation, but with consistent calm energy and patience, he made the choice to move toward me on his own. This was a significant step, as the decision came from Leo rather than being forced. Once he approached, he was able to accept food, which indicated a reduction in stress and an increase in trust.
As the session progressed, Leo slowly began to settle and feel more comfortable in the environment. His body language softened, his focus improved, and his overall emotional state became more balanced. This moment marked an important breakthrough—Leo started associating the environment and human presence with safety and positive experiences.
These small but meaningful steps show that Leo is learning to regulate his anxiety, trust guidance, and build confidence through calm, supportive exposure 🐾💛

Leo is currently enrolled in our behavior rehabilitation and obedience training program. The primary focus of his training is to build trust, improve emotional stability, and develop self-confidence.
At present, Leo displays excessive barking when exposed to unfamiliar people and other dogs. This behavior is not rooted in aggression, but rather stems from social anxiety, insecurity, and a lack of confidence and trust in new environments and interactions.
Our approach is gentle, structured, and patient. We are gradually helping Leo learn that his surroundings are safe and predictable. Through positive reinforcement, controlled exposure, and consistent guidance, we are teaching him to trust us as handlers and to respond calmly instead of reacting out of fear or uncertainty.
As Leo’s confidence grows, we are already seeing improvements in his ability to regulate his emotions and cope with new situations. The goal of this rehabilitation process is to help him become a calmer, more confident dog who can interact with people and other dogs a relaxed and balanced manner 🐾💛

REALITY OF DOG TRAINING

Many people think hiring a trainer alone will magically fix their dog’s behavior, but that’s not how it works 🐾 Training is a shared journey between the trainer, the dog, and most importantly, the owner.
A good trainer can teach the dog commands, structure, and manners. But if the owner doesn’t continue the same training, tone, and consistency at home, the dog gets confused. Dogs learn through repetition and routine ,they need the same guidance from their family every day, not just during training sessions.
So, dog training is really about training the owners just as much as the dogs. The trainer’s role is to show owners how to communicate clearly, build trust, and handle situations calmly.
Remember ,progress happens when the trainer, owner, and dog all work together as one team ❤️🐶.
