Genuine Love for Pets: Above all, you must have a deep-rooted passion for animals. Your love and care for pets should be evident in every aspect of your work. You'll be responsible for ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our furry clients.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: As the face of our salon, you must possess exceptional interpersonal skills. You'll be building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and consistently delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. Your ability to connect with both pets and their owners is crucial to our success.
Strong Communication Skills: Fluency in English, Hindi used is essential, both verbally and in writing. You'll be communicating daily with staff, clients, and management, conveying important information, instructions, and updates clearly and effectively.
