I have one question to raise...
Despite paying the required fees, passing exams and learning the course for two years...
A diploma holder of this NDVSU University is not a college alumini?
Despite serving in the state government and putting all heart and soul to the work, a diploma holder is not eligible for any certificate of appreciation....
Do the credit of every successful implementation of a scheme or any achievement belongs only to Veterinary surgeons and not Assistant Veterinary Field Officers.....

If this is the case then pardon me for saying this but this diploma should be stopped...
If there is no due credit, what is the meaning of having diploma college as part of NDVSU...

In very straight words this is unfair and partial
