How incompetent fake expert surgeon spoiled my life..
My name is Dr Parmod Kumar and this is what happened with me in past 2 months..

Dr Neeraj Aggarwal ENT Surgeon is highly incompetent surgeon operated me in this hospital on 22 April.2025
I was told by Dr Neeraj that stapedectomy is done routinely by him every alternate day and convinced me to get operated telephonically without actually examining me.
On 22 April I was admitted in hospital at 8 am. Doctor operated me around 12 pm, doctor was on telephone call multiple times during call. He totally botch up the surgery torn my tympanic while approach, put wrong prosthesis made wrong fenestration in my inner ear, eventually I was not able to walk after surgery for 24 hours. He not even checked me for 2 days after surgery. I suffered for 6 weeks with imbalance vertigo, I was not able to do routine walk and work, I am still bed ridden recovering after 2nd surgery done at chennai of my ear and recovering well
In past six weeks He totally abandoned the case not not clearly provide any useful guidance. Eventually I travel to Chennai fron Gurgaon where I come to know what mesh He created in my inner ear.
I have all the proofs and my coming actions will haunt this incompetent doctor for life
I even suffered to such an extent that I felt like everything ended for me, I regained my mental strength and fight with my illness and found the best surgeon for revision surgery and correctly the blunders of previous surgeon.
Dr Neeraj Aggarwal the butcher nowehere competent to do such surgeries and same thing was confirmed by fortis hospital senior surgeons that he was not capable of doing such surgeries.
Lust for money is so high for this doctor, he don't think once about my life, it is like Attempt to murder in my sense
Be ready to face the consequences...

Crop Feeding in Birds... feeding tube ingested

Please be aware that crop tubing must always be done with care and proper technique. Accidental ingestion of the crop tube can lead to serious injury, internal damage, or even death. Always ensure:

The bird is properly restrained and calm.

The tube is inserted gently and correctly into the crop, not the airway.

The tube size is appropriate for your bird.

You are trained or supervised by an avian vet or experienced professional.

If you suspect the tube has been swallowed or the bird is in distress, seek emergency veterinary care immediately.

Gingival Hyperplasia in Dogs: A Guide for Pet Owners

What is Gingival Hyperplasia? Gingival hyperplasia is the overgrowth or thickening of the gum tissue (gingiva) in dogs. This condition can affect one or more areas of the gums, making them appear enlarged and swollen. While it might seem harmless, if left untreated, it can lead to other dental issues and discomfort for your pet.

Signs and Symptoms Gingival hyperplasia may present with the following symptoms:

Thickened Gums: Gums appear enlarged or overgrown, sometimes covering parts of the teeth.

Redness and Inflammation: Gums may look red and inflamed.

Bad Breath: Overgrown gums can trap bacteria and food particles, leading to foul-smelling breath.

Difficulty Eating: Your dog may show discomfort when chewing or refuse food due to gum pain.

Bleeding: Gums may bleed, especially during brushing or when your dog chews on hard objects.

Diagnosis If you notice any of these signs, it is important to visit your veterinarian. The vet will perform an oral examination and may recommend dental X-rays to assess the severity of the gum overgrowth and to rule out other dental issues such as tumors or periodontal disease.

Treatment Options Treatment for gingival hyperplasia depends on the severity of the condition. Common treatments include:

1. Dental Cleaning: Professional cleaning to remove plaque and tartar can reduce gum inflammation and prevent further overgrowth.

2. Gingivectomy: In more severe cases, a surgical procedure called a gingivectomy may be required. This involves trimming the ove
