BEAUTY SHOULD NEVER COME AT THE COST OF AN ANIMAL'S LIFE. 🐰

We talk about kindness, compassion and animal rights. But do we think about animals when we buy our lipstick, foundation or mascara?

Recently, I went to Se----a India to look for a cruelty-free lipstick. I was surprised by how few options I found in my search.

It made me think: Are we, as consumers, really aware of what we are buying?

We may not be able to change every law or every company's policy. But we can make informed choices.

Before buying makeup, ask two simple questions:

🐰 Is the brand cruelty-free? Does it have a reliable policy against animal testing?

🌱 Is the product vegan? Does it contain ingredients derived from animals?

Remember, cruelty-free and vegan are not the same thing.

I am not asking anyone to blindly follow a trend or target a particular brand. I am asking all of us to read, research and choose responsibly.

Every purchase is a choice. Let's choose compassion.

Because beauty should make us feel good, not leave us questioning the cost behind it.

I often wonder about Mahakal.
Kedarnath… I have never been there.
Kaashi … I have never been there.
Kailash… I have never been there.

And yet, somehow, I found my Nandi ji around me.I find my Bhairav around me.

शायद मुझे मंदिर जाने की ज़रूरत ही नहीं थी।
जो मेरे आसपास हैं, शायद वही मेरे मंदिर हैं।
जिनकी आँखों में मदद की पुकार है, शायद वही मेरी प्रार्थना हैं।

I often ask myself - Am I the blessed one, or am I the cursed one?

Because this path is not easy.
It takes away your time, your comfort, your plans, sometimes even your peace.

But perhaps I am the special child of that God
the one He trusted,
the one He believed would stop,
the one He chose to do this work.

Maybe He didn't call me to His temple.

Maybe He brought His Nandi, His Bhairav to me.

And every time I stop for one of them,
perhaps that is my darshan.

🚨 URGENT ANIMAL RESCUE — Nandi Ji is Seriously Injured

Nandi Ji is terribly injured and needs immediate on-the-spot veterinary treatment and rescue.

📍 Location: Alaknanda Apartment / Rail Vihar Apartment, Sector 56, Gurugram

He is in serious distress and urgently needs medical attention. We are not looking for a gaushala or shelter — we need someone who can come to the spot, provide emergency treatment, and arrange safe rescue/transport if required.

QUESTION THE TRADITION.

Think about it.

can we celebrate differently?

AVOID WEDDINGS THAT USE ANIMALS.
Choose an animal-free celebration.

COUNSEL YOUR FRIENDS.
If someone you know is planning a wedding,
talk to them.
Help them choose a kinder alternative.

CHOOSE WISELY.
CHOOSE KINDNESS.
CHOOSE COMPASSION.

Stand up when something is wrong.
Speak up when an animal is being hurt.

NO RITUAL IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN A LIFE.

STAY WISE. STAY BLESSED. BE KIND.
