🚨 प्रिंसेस पार्क,सेक्टर 86, फरीदाबाद – फीडर्स को सोसायटी ग्रुप्स में खुलेआम टार्गेट व धमकाया जा रहा है

आज एक रेज़िडेंट ने मामूली-सी dog स्क्रैच की फोटो डालकर व्हाट्सऐप ग्रुप में खुली धमकी दी:
👉 “अगर H टॉवर के पास इन बेजुबान को मारें तो बुरा मत मानना।”

ये निराशा नहीं है।
ये सीधी आपराधिक उकसाहट है — कम्युनिटी डॉग्स को नुकसान पहुँचाने / मारने की।

📌 कानूनी हकीकत: • डॉग्स को चोट/नुकसान = IPC 428/429 – जेल + जुर्माना
• हिंसा के लिए उकसाना = IPC 503/506 – क्रिमिनल इंटिमिडेशन
• फीडर्स को टार्गेट करना = हैरासमेंट + डिफेमेशन
• डॉग फीडिंग = सुप्रीम कोर्ट व ABC Rules 2023 द्वारा संरक्षित

फिर भी प्रिंसेस पार्क में वही लोग, जो स्टरलाइज़ेशन, वैक्सीनेशन और सेफ्टी संभालते हैं — यानी फीडर्स — उन्हीं को बार-बार blame किया जाता है, परेशान किया जाता है, और असुरक्षित बनाया जाता है।

👉सबके सामने ये स्पष्ट कर दिया जाए:
प्रिंसेस पार्क में फीडर्स असुरक्षित हैं क्योंकि कुछ लोग खुलेआम हिंसा को बढ़ावा दे रहे हैं।

⚠️ सार्वजनिक अल्टीमेटम
❗ हिंसा को बढ़ावा देने वाला कोई भी संदेश,
❗ कम्युनिटी डॉग्स को किसी भी प्रकार की धमकी,
❗ फीडर्स को टार्गेट या हैरास करने की कोई भी कोशिश
👉 सबूत के साथ तुरंत भेजी जाएगी:





और क्रिमिनल कार्रवाई बिना किसी चेतावनी के शुरू होगी।

कम्युनिटी डॉग्स कानून द्वारा सुरक्षित हैं।
फीडर्स कानून द्वारा सुरक्षित हैं।
अगर कोई इनमें से किसी को भी नुकसान पहुंचाने की कोशिश करेगा—
👍कानून उसके दरवाज़े पर पहुँचेगा।

A resident from BPTP Princess Park, Sector 86, Faridabad circulated this message about me 22 November 2025 society whatsapp group :

“ये लेडी फिर से स्टार्ट हो गयी है कुत्तो को खाना खिलाना … फिर पंगे होंगे.”
👉This is misogyny + criminal intimidation in one line.

Let me remind such people:

📌 Feeding community dogs is 100% legal under Supreme Court orders.
📌 ABC Rules 2023 mandate sterilization & vaccination — which I coordinated- 22 Nov 2025 .
📌 Threatening a woman feeder is a criminal offence under:
• IPC 503 – Criminal intimidation
• IPC 506 – Punishable with imprisonment
• IPC 509 – Insulting the modesty of a woman
• IT Act – Cyber harassment / cyber defamation

👉Calling a woman “ye lady”, threatening “pange honge”, and circulating her pictures without consent is illegal and actionable.

Those issuing threats should prepare for legal consequences, including:
✔ Police complaint
✔ Women’s Commission
✔ Cyber Cell

Harassment is a crime.
Feeding animals is NOT.

आज मैंने Preety Dubey ma’am से Princess Park, Sector 86, Faridabad के community dogs की sterilization के लिए मदद मांगी — और उन्होंने तुरंत सपोर्ट किया।
उन्होंने dogs को pick किया और ABC procedure के लिए भेजा। 🙏❤️

Faridabad के कई ABC NGO और private organizations ने हमारी society के dogs की sterilization से मना कर दिया था, लेकिन Preety ma’am हमारे साथ खड़ी रहीं।
उनका दिल से धन्यवाद।

आज 2 male और 2 female dogs को sterilization के लिए भेजा गया।
सभी 4 dogs के लिए ₹4000 मैंने अपनी तरफ से pay किया — बिना किसी donation के।

Dogs recovery के बाद 5–7 दिनों में वापस society में release कर दिए जाएंगे।

मेरी विनम्र अपील — society residents और management से:

यह जिम्मेदारी किसी एक की नहीं है।
Blame करना आसान है, पर जिम्मेदारी निभाना ही एक सच्चे resident की पहचान है।

मैं पिछले 3 सालों से अपनी जिम्मेदारी निभा रही हूँ —
अब आपकी बारी है।

अपनी society को अपने परिवार की तरह समझें,
politics से दूर रहें,
और community dogs की sterilization, vaccination और feeding points के लिए आवाज उठाएं।

फरीदाबाद प्रिंसेस पार्क सेक्टर 86 सोसाइटी के EWS एरिया मे इस फीमेल डॉग bruni ने पप्पीज दिये हैँ, ये घायल हैँ,
और काफी वीक हो गयी हैँ,
BPTP princess park सोसाइटी मे फीडिंग बंद करवा दी गयी हैँ,

सोसाइटी से कम्युनिटी डॉग्स को रिलोकेट किया जा रहा हैँ।
सोसाइटी के अंदर से कम्युनिटी डॉग्स गायब किये जा रहे हैँ।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश को नहीं माना जा रहा हैँ।
मेरी सोसाइटी निवासियों से हाथ जोड़ कर विनती हैँ कि आप सभी इंसानियत ना भूले 🙏🙏

*IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION FOR ALL ANIMAL LOVERS*

Dear friends,
Please do not panic over the recent Supreme Court news about stray dogs and institutions.

*What the Hon'ble Supreme Court has said (as per official reports):*

Only authorised local authorities (Municipal Corporations, State Animal Welfare Boards, etc.) can handle stray dogs in accordance with the ABC Rules, 2023.

No private institution, school, hospital, bus depot or untrained person has the right to remove or relocate any animal by themselves.

Any such illegal removal or relocation will be void and attract legal consequences.

Feeding of community animals has NOT been banned. Rule 20 of the ABC Rules and past Supreme Court directions continue to protect and regulate community feeding in a managed and compassionate way.

*What we can do:*

*Continue feeding community animals peacefully.*

*If any school, hospital, or society tries to remove animals on its own, it will be a violation of Supreme Court orders and can invite contempt of court.*

Institutions should approach the authorised authorities only, who must act strictly as per the ABC Rules 2023.

Let’s stay united, calm and informed.
Together we will ensure that compassion and law go hand in hand.
