Clarification on Identifying Original vs Counterfeit Products
Dear Mr. Sourav Halder,
Thank you for your email regarding how to differentiate between the original and counterfeit products, which indeed appear quite similar at first glance. We also appreciate you sending over the images of both variants.
Upon reviewing the images, we can confirm that the product on the right side is the counterfeit one. There are a few key differences to note:
· The color of the counterfeit product is slightly darker than the original.
· The packaging material of the counterfeit item is of noticeably lower quality and lacks the stiffness found in the original packaging.
· Additionally, please refer to the ingredient list on the packaging. A clear distinction can be found there—the original product does not mention “shrimp meal” or similar ingredients.
We hope the above points will assist you in easily identifying the original product from the counterfeit one.
