The Chief Veterinary Officer, Vikas Bhawan, Survey Chowk is the Secretary of the SPCA, Dehradun. I once again on behalf of the SPCA appeal to one and all to kindly come forward and donate for a worthy cause. No amount is too little and will go a great way in helping in the care and treatment of injured Animals.
