Chukki came in with itchy, uncomfortable ears and an unusual smell. 🐶👂

An examination revealed an inflamed ear canal, and she was diagnosed with Malassezia otitis. With the right medication, ear cleaning, and follow-up care, Chukki is on her way to feeling better.

A 100-foot descent into a narrow utility duct to save one life.

This Black Kite was trapped deep inside an apartment complex shaft with no way out. Using specialized high-angle rescue gear, our team rappelled into the confined space, safely secured the exhausted bird, provided emergency fluids and first aid, and successfully released it back into the wild. Urban wildlife rescues often demand precision, training, and rapid response to save animals in life-threatening situations.
