*משרד הבריאות: כלב ביתי נגוע בכלבת בעיר העתיקה בירושלים ובעיר תל אביב*

משרד הבריאות מעדכן על כלב ביתי, גור בגודל בינוני בצבע חום בהיר ולבן, כפות רגליים לבנות, נגוע בכלבת בעיר העתיקה בירושלים.

כמו כן, ביום חמישי, 28.05.2026, הכלב הגיע עם בעליו ברכבת מתחנת נבון בירושלים לתחנת השלום בעיר תל אביב בסביבות השעה 15:30, כשהוא עם מחסום פה. לאחר מכן שהו בקניון עזריאלי והמשיכו לחופי הכלבים חוף הילטון צפון וחוף מציצים דרך רחובות קפלן ודיזנגוף, שם הכלב בא במגע עם כלבים וילדים. בסביבות השעה 19:00 שבו ברכבת מתחנת השלום לתחנת נבון, כשהכלב ללא מחסום פה.

25 אנשים נחשפו לכלב והופנו לקבלת טיפול מונע נגד כלבת.
החקירה האפידמיולוגית עדיין נמשכת.

ההודעה על הכלב הנגוע התקבלה ב-3 ביוני 2026.

אנו מבקשים מכל מי שהיה במגע, או שבעלי החיים שברשותו באו במגע עם בעל החיים הנגוע או בעל חיים משוטט באזור האירוע, בין התאריכים 22.05.2026 ועד 02.06.2026 כולל, לפנות בדחיפות ללשכת הבריאות המחוזית ירושלים, טלפון 02-5314820, 02-5314847, לשכת הבריאות המחוזית תל אביב, טלפון 03-5684631, או ללשכת הבריאות הקרובה למקום מגוריו על מנת לשקול מתן טיפול מונע.

לאחר שעות העבודה ובמהלך סוף השבוע יש לפנות לחדר מיון בבית חולים.

משרד הבריאות מבקש:
* הורים לילדים – לברר עם ילדיהם, אם היו במגע עם בעלי חיים חשודים ולפנות ללשכת הבריאות בדחיפות.
* בעלי חיות מחמד – ליצור קשר עם הווטרינר הרשותי, לצורך וידוא מצב חיסונם.
* להעביר את המידע על האירוע למטיילים ולנופשים באזור וביישובים הסמוכים.

משרד הבריאות מזכיר שוב למי שננשך או נשרט על ידי בעל חיים, לשטוף באופן מידי את האזור במים זורמים וסבון, לחטא בחומרי חיטוי ולגשת ללשכת הבריאות לבדוק האם יש צורך בקבלת טיפול מונע נגד כלבת.
