A quick reminder to all field users that you should not arrive before your allocated booking time and should be leaving the field at 10 minutes to the hour.

For example, if your booking runs from 1:00pm–1:50pm, you should be leaving the field at 1:50pm, not beginning to pack up at that time.

Once your session has ended, please leave the premises promptly. Due to the single-lane access to the field, late departures and early arrivals can create difficulties for other customers trying to access or leave the site safely.

This facility relies heavily on the honour system and personal accountability. The only way it works is if everyone respects both their own booking time and the booking time of others.

Thank you to the vast majority of users who follow this already and help keep the field running smoothly for everyone 🐾
