Hi everyone. It is with a very heavy heart that I am posting this. With a lot of tears and heartbreak I have come to the decision to close my doors for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately I have a very serious injury, one that is going to take atleast 3 surgeries to try and repair, and with this I just can’t predict when I will be able to return or if I will be able. I want to thank Pet Paradise and each and every one from the bottom of my heart of you for your support from day one of me opening my doors. I have really come to love all your fur babies as my own and am devastated at not being able to pamper them anymore. You have all been the reason that my business has thrived and even through the lockdown you were all so good and supportive, and again thank you for that. I am hoping that maybe after my first surgery I can get a clearer view of recovery. And I hope that this isn’t the end for good. Please feel free to message me to get a few other groomers numbers to try and get your dog sorted, and I apologise for any inconvenience I know it’s been a tough few months for us all. I am looking to hire a groomer to cover me for while I’m off injured and recovering. To start Monday 8th June. It will be full time whilst the backlog and waiting lists are cleared and will see after that. Hi everyone, unfortunately I have some bad news. I was in a horse riding accident yesterday and am still waiting to find out the extent of damage I have done. This means I more than likely will not be returning to work any time soon, however please don’t panic as I am trying to sort something out for everyone that is booked in and still waiting to be booked in. I will update you all once I have it sorted. I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and rest assured I will do everything to get you all sorted ❤️ thank you all for your continued support thus far ❤️

Apologies for any delays on getting back to people. I have a long waiting list to get through and can only book one day at a time as I have to wait for confirmation from people before moving on to the next slot so it’s taking a little longer. Hi everyone! I am starting to do up my appointments for when I open up on the 8th June! I am working my way down my waiting list and will be in contact with everyone shortly to book you in. Just a couple of things for everyone who is taking an appointment:

There will be new protocols in place to follow the new guidelines, this will be new to us all so I please ask everyone to follow them strictly in order for everything to run smoothly.

*Please arrive no earlier than 5 mins before you’re appointment time and no later than 5 minutes after your scheduled time, as I might have to refuse you. All my appointments have been booked so that I have a strict 1 to 1 only and also with time to clean and disinfect between each customer.

*Please do not collect your dog any later than 15 minutes after the collection time I give you by text as this will affect my extra scheduled time before the next dog.

*Please if you can’t make your appointment let me know with no less than 24hr notice, as I will not have time to organise another appointment if it’s any later than this. Cancelling last minute will result in a cancellation and rebooking fee.

*With dogs being overdue their groom, there will be matting. Please note that I am not offering any de matting services to heavily matted dogs and will only offer a shave down in the safety and welfare of the dog. We can always start back with the fluffy cut after this.

Almost all ready and set for the big opening day, June 8th! I will be messaging clients to give them their appointment times available closer to the time, and please note that if I feel someone on the list is a welfare case I will be putting them in first. Also if you are on the list and feel your dog is a welfare case please message me to discuss. Hope you are all keeping well and see you soon! :)

Ok further update to hopefully clear things up a bit, from the breakdown of phases of easing lockdown.. it’s looking like dog groomers are part of phase 2.. so all going well I will be opening again 8th June. Hopefully that will be the end of this and I will try my very best to get everyone that’s on my waiting list booked in for as soon as possible from opening day 🙏❤️

As of today’s guidelines I will have to remain closed until further update on or before 18th May. Missing all the wonderful fur babies and can’t wait to get back to you all. Hope everyone is safe xx
