PLEASE SUPPORT OUR FOOD APPEAL 🙏 WET FOOD ONLY! DROP-OFF LOCATIONS LISTED BELOW.
We are completely out of tinned and sachet food for both cats and dogs. We have enough bags of dry food for many months to come thanks to the support of vets and pet supplies stores. However we LOVE to spoil these animals while they are with us with something treatie on their dry food. Canned and sachet foods are not something we spend funds on so we are appealing to any animal lover who is passing by a Supermarket to think of us! The dogs love all canned food but the cats are fussier! They like meat in jelly or patés but never in gravy 🤣 Lidl Pure Taste in Poultry or Fish is a huge favourite as are Whiskas, Sheba, Felix as well as Vitacat from Aldi.
Dog treats are also a huge hit at when we put the kennel dogs to bed for the night. Again, we can't spend funds on them but the dogs love having Dentastix and Marrow bones donated 🐾
We have 5 drop off points:
- W.C.A.W.G wheelie bin at Skibbereen Garden Centre
- JF Grooming, Ashe St, Clonakilty
- The WCAWG market stall in Skib on Saturdays
- The new rescue centre in Baltimore
- The old rescue centre in Ownahincha

There is currently a stock shortage of James Wellbeloved cat and dog food.We hope the issue will be resolved soon but we have not been given a definite time scale.I would suggest to anyone using this food to stock up now if possible.Unfortunately,this is an issue with the manufacturer and is completely out of our control😢

New handmade Irish charcoal dog treats available instore☘️A little summer project thought up my my 10 year old son😍His school recently did a young entrepreneur project making dog biscuits and bird fat balls,which was a great success,so we’ve decided to give it a go for the summer🥰We decided on charcoal treats as it aids digestion and helps freshen breath❤️

These two beautiful ladies are looking for their retirement homes,ideally where they could be bonded with a neutered hus-bunny.Atè is a 4 year old netherland dwarf,she is spayed and fully vaccinated with both MyxoRHD and Yurvac.She has a very sweet and gentle temperament.Themis is an almost 3 year old mini lop,she is also spayed and fully vaccinated.She loves to be petted,but does not like being picked up.If you have a nice neutered boy bunny who is looking for a wife,please contact me😍I will be fussy about where these ladies go to,so please don’t be offended if I ask you loads of questions❤️
