A large ginger & white male cat was found deceased just outside the clinic this morning 💔 We suspect he was involved in a car accident. He did not have a microchip to inform any potential owners so we are posting here in case anyone is missing him😔

✨ Introducing Aisling! ✨

Many of you know Aisling for her kindness, professionalism, and the genuine care she brings to her work every day. We are proud to have her as part of our team, and even prouder to sponsor her as a contestant in this year’s Wexford Rose selection. 🌹

Aisling has been with Ark Vet Clinic for over four years, beginning as a student veterinary nurse and progressing to a Registered Veterinary Nurse. Over the years, she has rescued and rehabilitated numerous animals, finding loving homes for many and keeping a few close to her heart. 🐾❤️

Her warmth, empathy, and dedication truly reflect the spirit of the Rose of Tralee. We’ve had the privilege of supporting her journey and look forward to seeing her continue to inspire those around her. 💫

Please join us in wishing Aisling the very best! 👏

We’re delighted to introduce you to the marvelous Mutley 🫶🏻

Mutley is one of our standout patients, and his journey is nothing short of remarkable. Around two years ago, he was involved in an unfortunate incident with another dog, which left him in need of urgent veterinary care and specialist referral.

He was initially stabilised at our clinic over the weekend, where he received appropriate pain management and had a feeding tube placed to support his recovery. During this time, Mutley showed subtle but promising signs of improvement, even beginning to take an interest in food on his own.

He was then referred to , where advanced imaging and diagnostics were carried out. An MRI revealed a bleed within the protective layers surrounding the brain, which was responsible for the neurological symptoms he had been exhibiting.

Since that critical period, Mutley has made an incredible recovery. These days, he struts into the clinic with confidence, as if he owns the place, captivating us all with his sweet nature and cheeky charm every single time 💕
