Professional dog grooming isn’t just about making your dog look and smell lovely. It’s also an important opportunity to check their skin, coat and overall condition. ❤️
When we use a professional dog dryer, the air separates the coat right down to the skin, helping us spot things that might otherwise go unnoticed, such as redness, unusual spots, irritation or other skin concerns.
As groomers, we often see parts of your dog’s skin that you might not normally get to see at home.
🐶 So, when your groomer recommends a vet visit, please take it seriously. It’s never said without a reason. We’re not diagnosing your dog, but we may notice something that needs to be checked by a veterinary professional.
Health and safety are about protecting everyone — your dog, the other dogs visiting the salon, and the people caring for them.
