We unfortunately sometimes see dog’s with matted coats arrive in spring, commonly people will mistakenly think it’s kinder to leave the coat during the colder months❄️
It is important to clip a matted coat during winter because matting severely compromises a dog's natural insulation, traps moisture against the skin, and can lead to painful skin infections or hypothermia

Due to working on a tight schedule I am no longer able to facilitate late drop offs or collections

If a dog arrives ten minutes late or more for his scheduled groom time , I will no longer be able to accept him . Late appointments upset the whole days timetable :

If a dog myst be collected within 20 minutes of allotted time

If you feel you cannot collect your dog on time please let me know in advance
