Two of our (many) adorable clients who we've treated this week are very excited for the long weekend! 🥳💛

We would like to remind all of our clients of our opening hours this weekend **NOTE CHANGE TO SATURDAYS HOURS**

Saturday 3rd: 9:00am-12:00pm
Sunday 4th: CLOSED
Monday 5th: CLOSED
Tuesday: 9:00am-6:00pm

⚠️We urge everyone to please be mindful of your pets during these high temperatures. Heat stroke can happen very quickly and can be fatal if not caught soon enough. Here are some top tips:

🟢ALWAYS have fresh drinking water and shade available.
🟢Only walk dogs early morning or late evening and avoid having them out during the daytime when the temperature is at its peak.
🟢 NEVER leave an animal in the car for a prolonged period of time during this weather.
🟢Be mindful of your dog getting scraps if BBQ'ing this weekend. Scraps can cause GI issues and meat with bones in it can cause obstructions and prove fatal.

Happy Easter Everyone! 🐣 We will be closed this bank holiday Monday but will reopen on Tuesday 11th at 9am.

Please remember to keep toxic foods such as chocolate, foods with xylitol sweetner or raisins away from all dogs and cats.

Lillies are very popular this time of year but can also be toxic if ingested, so please keep them away from your feline and canine friends! 💐

Our opening hours for Easter are:
Holy Saturday: 9am - 1pm
Easter Sunday: CLOSED
Easter Monday: CLOSED
Tuesday 11th: Open as normal

It was puppy fever this morning!😍 We met these gorgeous Yorkshire terrier puppies for microchipping and Simba the Bernese mountain dog for vaccination. ❤️❤️

Blood Donation 🤩😇

Earlier this week, Douglas very kindly donated some blood to a poorly patient. He was the best boy and it's always a pleasure having such a kind, gentle boy like him in with us. He was very brave!

We are currently making up a list of possible blood donors, so if you think your dog matches these requirements, please call us on 091788270.

Blood Donor Requirements:
✔Weighs 25kg or more
✔Aged 1-7 years old
✔In good general health and up to date with vaccinations
✔Not on any long term medication
✔Hasn't received a blood transfusion

**OWNER FOUND**This lovely little lady walked into Tesco in Oranmore this morning and we are trying to locate her owner. She is very friendly and loves affection so she must be someones pet and is an older lady. She is chipped but the microchip is not updated with the owners contact details. Please help reunite this lady with her owner! Call the clinic on 091788270 if you have any information.
