Amusant Equestrian . At Amusant Equestrian we take pride in taking care of our Horses and customers. We provide a range of livery options with very competitive rates.

We are a very friendly and professionaly run yard, Amusant equestrian is based in New Ross, Co. Wexford and is set on 20 acre's of grassland, We have a top of the range outdoor arena aswell as grass arenas's and xc jumps. Tack room and all stables are all secured with 24 hour supervision on site. Horses and ponies taken for schooling, many quality horses and ponies for sale to suit individual requirements, Any additional needs catered for.

RDS 2024 - has been the best yet!!!
Friday we got to watch Starman and Shane enter the ring, and It was the most amazing experience to watch Starman and Shane Mckenna win the 6 year olds and over in the middleweights, something we will never forget. Massive thanks to shane and his team for all their hard work, ye have been nothing short of superb through out this experience.

Thank you to his breeders Fidelma Clare and Chris for breeding such an amazing animal, congratulations on his success, only for you his breeders, we wouldn’t have the privilege of owning such an amazing horse.

Saturday we got to watch Travis and frenchy in the lead rein with coco. They had a great time, smiling ear to ear.
Sunday Jackson rode Pj in the 133 starter stakes, amazing to see them in the ring, they had a great time, taking the massive atmosphere all in their stride. Couldn’t have been any prouder of the boys and all the hard work they put in for the rds. Also shoutout to Cindy Wagner for turning out coco and pj for the ring, they looked incredible thank you.
All in all Great days with great memories spent with family and friends. Thank you to everyone (to many to tag) that made RDS 2024 an unforgettable experience.

Wanted 13.1 pony preferably gelding, needs to have mileage and experience, be jumping a track of 90cm to a 1m, doesn’t need to be overly scopey, just a nice quiet pony that knows their job for a child to progress on. 5* home awaits.

🟢🟢Billy🟢🟢

Billy is a flea bitten grey 15.2 14 year old gelding, very sweet and kind. He is easy to do anything with, always a complete gentleman.

To ride billy is even in paces, respectful to leg and hand aids, fluid in transitions, carries himself very nicely.

To jump billy is very genuine, not phased by fillers or spooky surroundings. He has jumped 80/90cm at training shows, and is not limited at this height.

Billy has been ridden by our young riders and adults, always gives a comfortable ride, he is happy to step up a gear for a more knowledgeable rider or is happy to go come down a gear for a novice.

Billy has been sj, xc, beach rides, hacks alone or in company.

Pleasure to have around the yard
Easy to box, shoe, clip, catch.
