🐾🐩 MUST LOVE DOGS & WALKING🐕🐾

To all you Dog lovers, I am seeking to employ the right individual for a TEMPORARY PART TIME POSITION at Orchard Kennels , Clonmel. 3/4 Days per week.

The ideal candidate for this position:

🐾Must be a complete and utter dog lover ❤️ (first & foremost) & Dog care experience is essential.

🐾Must love the outdoors & must have a good level of fitness. Many hours of walking required.

🐾Must be responsible with good work ethic and work off their own initiative.

🐾Small animal first aid is required, however can be completed when employment commences.

🐾Must be extremely flexible with hours, many weekend hours also required.

🐾Must have own car in the event that a dog needs veterinary attention. This is vital and will not be overseen.

A new Irish website, Rest Easy Friend, offers grieving pet owners a meaningful way to honour their beloved animal companions through digital memorials.

Launched by Mick Hanly, a retired Garda from West Cork, the platform was inspired by the emotional support sites like RIP.ie provided during the pandemic, but for people grieving pets.

For €25 per year, users can create lasting tributes with photos, stories, and videos, and receive messages of condolence from others.

The site supports memorials for all animals, dogs, cats, birds, ponies, even reptiles and includes grief resources and wellness content.

Hanly says the goal is simple, to validate pet loss as real grief and provide a comforting space to remember the love and joy pets bring.
