Hi everyone, just a little update on my post from yesterday! Thank you to everyone for their kind words, it is greatly appreciated ❤️

I am not one for putting stuff like this on my social media but I will not be taking this behaviour towards me or my business from anyone. After I posted last night about messages last week I then went on to listen to my voicemails from while i was on holiday and what I heard absolutely shocked me! I have never in my 8 years of grooming ever been spoken to like this!

This person made a mistake on their end that had absolutely nothing to do with me it was completely their own doing but i ended up caught up in it. As I was away I was unaware of this issue until yesterday evening but it was dealt with straight away before hearing said voicemail!
For a young woman who is self employed and built a business for herself which is hard enough these days to sit and listen to someone verbally abuse and threaten them saying "if I find you im going to break your jaw, you little bitch" is absolutely horrifying! Before the vm they had already threatened to bring the guards to my place of business as I hadn't answered the messages. Again I was on holiday !!!! Work phone at home.

I have built my business and reputation to be something that i am proud of, and I dont appreciate being spoken to in that manner when as already stated this was their mistake.

I have contacted a garda myself today for advice and made them aware of the situation.

No matter what, no one deserves to be spoken to like that! It is not okay behaviour and will not be tolerated. Not even an apology from the person after they realised it was THEIR mistake!

Hi guys I would just like to say something so everyone is clear going forward.

I have a separate business phone to my personal phone. If/when I am taking holidays I do put it on my social media so you know and that I will contact clients when I am back. I am sure when you take holidays you do not take your job with you, well surprise surprise i do the same !!
I do not appreciate coming back and opening my phone to the kind of messages I got today !!

I will not go into it any further detail, all I will say is I am a person too, I try to accomodate yourselves as best i can but i am entitled to take time off work the same as anyone else.

Hi everyone,
Just want to give the heads up to anyone who i might have missed that as of January 1st all grooming services will increase by €5 per dog!

I havent done a price increase in 3 years and have been delaying this for as long as possible but now due to increased costs - equipment, servicing, products, electricity ect it has to be done!
