We are so proud to be part of the IPDGA – Irish Professional Dog Groomers Association 🐶✂️

We have been members since 2015 and it has been a huge part of our journey at Janet’s Dog Grooming Boutique. Dog grooming is not just our job, it’s our passion, and being supported by such a professional community has meant so much to us over the years.

A big thank you to the IPDGA committee for all their hard work and dedication, and a special thank you to the new Chairperson for bringing positive changes and standing up for our profession.

We truly look forward to the day when dog grooming is finally recognised as an essential service, for the welfare, health and wellbeing of our beloved pets ❤️🐾

New Member Welcome! IPDGA Irish Professional Dog Groomers Association is a national, inclusive association representing professional dog and cat groomers across Ireland. In 2026, the association marks its 30th anniversary, reflecting three decades of commitment to animal welfare and professional standards. IPDGA provides education, practical business guidance and advocacy for its members, while promoting the principle that animal welfare should never be a luxury.

🐩 Cilla, the beautiful Miniature Poodle, had her usual Mini Groom today ❤️🐾

A Mini Groom is recommended if you’d like to refresh your dog’s coat between full grooms. Cilla is on a 4-week schedule, and this is how we keep her long fur healthy and mat-free.

Because the longer the coat is, the more professional care it needs.

Mini Groom includes:
🐩 Bath & blow dry
🐩 Paw care & Pawdicure
🐩 Clipping the sanitary area
🐩 Trimming the face & head

Our salon has been established since 2015, and over the past 10+ years we’ve had the privilege to meet thousands of owners and their pups.
We are a busy salon, working with multiple groomers and dogs every day. We work by appointment only and usually with a 3 hour time frame system, which has been tailored through our experience and professionalism.

That’s a wrap for 2025! ✨

Bruno, the amazing Golden Retriever, was our last customer of the year 🐾

We would like to say a huge thank you for all the continued support throughout the year. Also, thank you all so much for the huge number of Christmas gifts, tips, and gift cards, we truly feel blessed and appreciated by each and every one of you. 🐩❤️

We’re Hiring – Experienced Dog Groomer ✨

We’re excited to welcome a new EXPERIENCED DOG GROOMER to our busy salon in Leixlip!
This role can be part-time or full-time (up to 5 days per week).

✅ Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy grooming salon

A genuine love for dogs 🐾

Team player with a positive attitude

Fluent English & excellent customer service skills
