This is the page for Harvey’s Veterinary clinic. We aim to use this platform to let our clients know about all our services, interesting cases and up and coming events. Harveys has been established for almost 50 years (that’s nearly half a century!). We offer services to large and small animals with offices in Kilrush and Kildysart. We are a forward-thinking practice and offer a wide rang

e of services to our clients. This includes the everyday needs such as vaccinations, worming, flea treating and neutering, as well as TB testing services and a 24 hour clinic.

FOUND DOG – PLEASE SHARE
A lovely lady brought this beautiful Cocker Spaniel cross into our clinic after he was found wandering during the thunder and lightning over the weekend.

He has a few minor injuries that we are currently treating, and he’s safe and comfortable with us.

If anyone recognises this sweet boy or knows who his family might be, please contact us as soon as possible. We'd love to reunite him with his rightful owner.

📢 Beef Welfare Scheme 2025 opens this August!

🐂Farmers who apply for the scheme will have three different measures they can complete to receive the maximum payment:
✅Meal Feeding (mandatory)
✅Vaccination (optional)
✅Silage or Faecal Egg Testing (optional)

💉 While optional, vaccinating your weanlings helps protect against diseases like clostridial infections and pneumonia.
