Hi everyone I have bad news and it saddens me to say that tdk equestrian centre is now closed as of the 10th of the sixth 2023 due to lack of attendance and very large overhead insurance feed etc we've been trying to keep going and running at a loss since Christmas and I just can't afford to keep it open anymore I'm so sorry for letting all the kids down and I appreciate and thank you for all of your support over the previous few years look after yourselves and it was a pleasure teaching you all

A few pics of our dusty trail and our patrice scully competing in the All iIreland Championships for the Down Royal RaceHorse to Ridinghorse ireland retraining class in Piperstown last month..we are trying to encourage anybody with an ex racehorse to come along and join us to retrain your ex racehorses and join us in competing in Racehorses To Ridinghorse Ireland competing..hoping to bring this to cavan soon if we have enough entries..so please get in touch if interested..

For those of you who don't know, pictured below is our angel in heaven katelynn.

Katelynn was only 5 years old when she lost her battle with cancer. Katelynn put up damn good fight not letting the weight of the world get her down she was bright, bubbly and never left her beaming smile at home.

She loved taking her pony Trevor to shows and making him look pretty as she could. She loved going for hacks with her mummy and brother she could spent all year in the saddle if she could. Always looking up to her brother Dylan who she adored.

After katelynns passing truthfully life has never been the same. But her presence will always live on and be felt in each and every one of our hearts at TDK and we would like to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for allowing her and her memory into your hearts today ❤

The katelynn Reilly memorial fund was created to help all those family's out there fighting their battles and in need of a helping hand. We would not of been able to get through this time without all the wonderful people at crumlin hospital, the Laura Lynn Foundation and cavan pediatric unit. They took us under their wing like we where their family, I cannot put into words how much they helped us through this time from the initial diagnosis and the whole way through.

But unfortunately it isn't just our katelynn there are alot of kids and family's fighting this battle and we need all the help we can get.

We are so over the moon to announce we have raised a massive €1512.30 to split between these wonderful organizations to help them continue doing the wonderful work that they do ❤

We are beyond thankful to everybody who made today possible all of our fantastic sponsors, everybody who donated, came and even shared our post.

We hope to see you all at our next event at cavan equestrian centre in December where we will present the Katelyn Reilly memorial plack to the winner of our sponsored class. Where we will also have representatives from Crumlin, Laura Lynn and cavan pediatric unit to accept the money we have raised over the year.
