*PUBLIC MEETING INVITATION*
*N25 Road Safety Concerns (Glenmore to Slieverue)*

We are appealing to people to attend a *public meeting* to address serious and ongoing *safety concerns along the N25, particularly the stretch between Glenmore and Slieverue*, which includes *several accident black spots.*

This section of road has seen an *excessive number of fatal and serious accidents* and now local voices are essential in highlighting the danger .

This meeting will provide a platform for residents, all road users, business owners and stakeholders to share their experiences, raise issues, and *explore possible solutions for improving safety on this critical stretch of road*.

*Date*: Monday June 16th 2025
*Time*: 8pm
*Venue*: Rhu Glenn Country Club Hotel

Your voice matters and your input is vital.

Your participation is strongly encouraged, as local input will help guide future decisions and strengthen the case for improved road safety measures on the N25 for all road users .

On behalf of Glenmore Tidy Towns. Sat. 25th of March 2023 from 2 to 3 walk the quaint lanes of Glenmore & reconnect with its heritage while collecting litter.

This Saturday between 2+3, come join us for " Team up to clean up" in conjunction with Kilkenny county council. Our first big litter pick of the year. Bags, gloves and litter picks will be provided. Meet up at the parish hall carpark at 1.45pm. Hope to see you there.

UPDATE: FOUND. THANKS TO ALL WHO SHARED HER POST.

This little beauty is Pippa and shes 6 months old. Got spooked by a lorry this morning in moulerstown area of glenmore and is now missing. Family are distraught. Please if anyone sees her could you contact this page straight away. Let's get this baba home out of the cold.
