HAMSTERS ARE NOT FOR CHRISTMAS!

It's Matter of Fact Monday!!!

This week, we want to talk about whether or not you're ready to adopt a hamster and start your hamster care journey.
There are a lot of things that need to be considered and a lot of the information out there is misleading - that's why we always recommend doing as much research as possible before embarking on this journey.
Coming up to Christmas, a lot of people think a hamster is a great gift for young children.
A hamster is a life, not a Christmas present.
If you have been planning, learning and gathering equipment ready for Christmas, then you've done the responsible thing.
But please, please, please, do not buy a hamster without having done the necessary research first.
Hopefully this post highlights a few things that you might not think to consider beforehand.

Multi-chamber hide from 💜

Huge thank you to Sophie's Custom Cages for hand making this multi-chamber hide for Lyra!

It's extremely well built and made to last. There are many hamster safe paint colours to choose from, the colour I picked is beautiful!

The inside chambers can be moved around to create the perfect space for your ham.

This is the first of the multi-chamber hides to be made with a cork top, I really reccomend this option!
