A heartfelt thank you to the Briarhill Vet Clinic family!

After five incredible years, my time as a nurse at Briarhill Veterinary Clinic is coming to an end. It's truly bittersweet to say goodbye, but I'm so grateful for every moment.

To all the clients who entrusted me with the care of your beloved pets – thank you from the bottom of my heart. It was a privilege to get to know you and your furry companions. Witnessing the special bond you share with your animals was one of the most rewarding parts of my job. Thank you for your trust, your kindness, and for allowing me to be a part of your pets' lives.

And to the amazing team – Ríona, Ruth, Fiona, Orla, Becca and Amy. Thank you for the laughter, the support, and for always pushing me to be my best. I've learned so much from each and every one of you, and I'll cherish the memories we made together. Our shared passion for animal welfare and a cup of tea made every day a joy.

I'm going to miss you all terribly, but I'm excited for what the future holds. Briarhill Vet Clinic will always hold a very special place in my heart.

It’s with mixed emotions that we say goodbye to our wonderful nurse, Patrycja, as she prepares to return home to Poland. Patrycja’s last day with us in Briarhill will be this Friday.
Patrycja, your kindness, compassion, and unwavering dedication have touched the lives of so many—patients, families, and colleagues alike. You’ve brought warmth and positivity to every shift, and we will miss you so much!
While we’re sad to see you go, we’re also excited for you as you embark on this new chapter back home with your fiancé Jakub and Cola the cat. Thank you for everything you’ve given to Briarhill. You will be greatly missed, but never forgotten.
Wishing you all the best on your journey ahead. Poland is lucky to have you!

-> Elvis is ALL GREY, with no stripes or markings, except for his WHITE BELLY and WHITE MOUTH and whiskers.

-> Yellow/Green eyes.

-> Age: 10
-> NO COLAR
-> Microchip: YES

-> Elvis disappeared on 08th May.
He is very sweet, a bit afraid of strangers. He would attend from his name.

It’s so often we hear “they aren’t complaining, it can’t be sore” when it comes to pets and dental pain. Cats and dogs will not scream out in pain with a toothache… they will keep eating, because they have to. Here is a cat we had in today who seemed to be chewing a bit more when eating and dropping bits of food. As you can see her back tooth is inflamed and painful! One root had been completely eroded away. Now that’s it removed she will feel much better!
