Our award winning One to One service starts when we arrive at your door, with an informal discussion for us to get to know your dog more intimately before we start any grooming procedure. We will then take your dog into the van to be checked/examined for lumps, bumps or any other irregularity to make sure their fur and skin is in good condition, we will report immediately to you any findings that
you have not informed us about. Then your dog will be brushed/deshedded to remove all loose/dead fur and undercoat and also remove any dead skin flakes, they will then be placed into a lovely warm hydro bath where they will be bathed in natural shampoo's and conditioners containing natural oils, with no added chemicals or additives whatsoever. They will then be fully dried with our turbo dryer, then if required depending on breed, their fur will be clipped and styled to your specification, their nails will be clipped if required, their ears checked and cleaned, then they will be deodourised and finished with a 9 essential oil doggy cologne to make sure they return to you, looking and smelling great.
