Farran House Farran House Stud is set in the heart of the Tipperary countryside. The house and yard are situated with outstanding views of the Galtee Mountains.

Farran House Stud is set in over 100 acres of County Tipperary's finest pasture land in the heart of the Golden Vale. The Mohore River runs along the bottom of the farm and acts as the boundary going into County Limerick. The house is set in 1.5 acres of gardens, with well-established beds and lawns. There are a grove of trees with wild flowers and plants.

FRANKFORT 1: Another WIN 🥇for our ‘FHS Felicity’ in the EI100P class.
Rod and Beth’s Hillcrest Equestrian centre, ‘Hillcrest Home Run’ did a lovely test, solid show jumping round and flew the cross country to finish in 4th place in the EI100J.
Another educational event for ‘FHS Fusion Quest’, a slightly ‘hot’ dressage, clear show jumping and one green mistake cross country leaving them in 6th place.

Super well done to Ruairi and Claughan Paddy coming 2nd in their arena at the Laois PC Eventing Qualifier.

After channelling their inner ‘Carl Hester’ and producing a fantastic 25.75 dressage score and then a super double clear they are now qualified for the IPC Eventing Champs in Tatts💪🦄

Just over a week ago we travelled to the UK to the International PC Tetrathlon Minimus Championships in Yorkshire 🇬🇧

Granny Maura accompanied us on this trip and we are delighted to report that Georgina and her team 🇮🇪 finished in second place 🥈 and 8th individually 🤩 A PB swim and fabulous Bowe 🦄 and herself took on the tricky cross country course resulting in one of only a few clears💪👏

Huge thanks to all of the support team that make these trips happen and to all of the fabulous parents who made the weekend such fun (and to meet up with my bestie Gail Taylor was just the icing on the cake🤗🌟).

Minimus National Championships 2026. Thank you to the Irish Tetrathlon team who ran this fabulous event 🙏

George and Ruairi were on a team together with two other Scarteen PC members and out of 40 teams, their team came 4th 💪🌟George was the 3rd individual girl overall and Ruairi did an AMAZING PB swim of 5 lengths and 10m🏊🏻‍♂️🙌.

George was also on a separate International team which came 🥈2nd.

We are very proud of our gutsy little riders and their amazing ponies who took on the big and technical track. The hours in the pool certainly paid off - a big thank you to the tipperarytigersharks swimming club coaches🦈.
