Here is Gucci in his retirement home. I still keep a close eye on him to make sure he is well. 🥰 I'm sure a lot of you who have been riding him over the years are missing him. I certainly miss him better riding school horse is hard to find.

Raheen-na-gun Stud is a great place for competitions and I really appreciate their friendly atmosphere. It is great to take your young ponies/horse here to get them used to competitions. Lordy hasn't been out and about for many months now so it was a great learning day for him. He is a bit nervous so he needs the help from his rider to gain confidence so thats why I decided to take him out a few times to get him going and it will be easier for the students when they get to compete him. (Also I have no competition horse at home at the moment 😅)

First competition for 2026 and we are off with a great start. Harry and Lucia flying over the jumps with a nice steady canter all around. Harry is learning to check if he has the correct canter and correcting it when it is needed. Very happy to see them going so well.

Great jumping today after a very wet week. Some strengthening exercises today and all the horses were in good form even a little bit too good at times. Hard to believe that Matilda is 24 years old.
