๐Arrival & Cancellation Policies ๐
A little reminder for all of our wonderful clients, old & new! ๐ฆ
As we head into one of our busiest times of the year, we just wanted to share a friendly reminder of a few important policies that help our yard run smoothly and ensure the best experience for everyone who visits us โจ
โฐ Arrival Times
We kindly ask that riders do not arrive excessively early for scheduled sessions, and that parents/guardians remain with children until a member of staff is present. We also ask that you do not enter the yard, open gates, or open stable/yard doors unless directed to do so by a member of staff. Please follow the instructions clearly marked on our signage and wait in the designated waiting area until a member of staff comes to collect you.
Our daily schedule runs to very precise timings in order to accommodate lessons, horse rest periods, camps and trail rides throughout the day. For this reason, sessions begin strictly at their scheduled booking time, and early arrival will not affect your start time. We pride ourselves on running an organised and punctual schedule for all clients ๐ด
If you need a few minutes to get ready or use the restroom, thatโs no trouble! Weโll have everything else ready for you when you arrive ๐ค But arriving too early often means waiting around while our team is focused on the lesson before yours or preparing for upcoming sessions. Itโs also important to remember;

Every day is a full on schedule with back-to-back lessons, camps and forest trails! Giving our horses downtime between sessions is essential for their well-being and performance ๐ช๐ป

Early arrivals can unintentionally distract both horses and riders who are still in their lessons. Quiet, focused sessions make for a better experience for everyone & ensures riders get the most from their time here ๐๐ป
We understand that delays can happen too! However, to be fair to all our customers, lessons will finish at their scheduled time, even if you arrive late.

Cancellation Policy
With limited booking availability, particularly for popular after-school and weekend slots, late cancellations and no-shows often mean another rider misses out on an opportunity to attend.
For this reason, bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled session time, as well as no-shows, are subject to full payment. Please note that no further bookings will be accepted until outstanding balances are cleared, and upcoming bookings may also be cancelled until payment is received.
As many of you know, the cost of running our business has increased significantly over recent years, and unfortunately we have had to implement these policies to keep doing what we love while continuing to provide the best possible experience for both our riders and our horses โค๏ธ
