We have both Large and small indoor boarding kennels are available, depending on the size of your dog. ll boarding Kennels, Your pets are under constant veterinary supervision, and we take each individual pet's needs into account. We follow strict vaccination protocols followed, So all pets must be fully vaccinated before coming to us on holidays. Here at Blackhall Boarding Kennels, we encourage you to come and visit our kennels prior to deciding where to board your dog. Bring your dog with you on the visit and take them for a walk.

I do hope you and your family are keeping safe and keeping well during these challenging times.

It has been hard on all of us as families, as communities and as a nation.

Unfortunately we have been closed since the 17th March. However with the long road to recovery ahead of us, and changes to how we live, work and take holidays, there will be a big impact for our team here at Blackhall Boarding Kennels.

There have been many weeks of thought and gut wrenching emotion put into making the hard decision to finally close our doors after forty years of continuous service.

We have loved every second of looking after all your dogs. You have entrusted your best friend into our care and we have felt so privileged for the honour, and we are eternally grateful. There have been so many memories that we shared with all your dogs.

With teary eyes we say goodbye for the final time but with many happy times in our hearts. We wish you, your families and your extra special pets the very best for the future.

Thank you so much for your wonderful support down through the years.

In the interest of Health, Safety and Welfare of our dog guests, clients and staff, in so far as is possible, we are introducing the following measures to reduce the spread and infection of the Covid-19 virus (Coronavirus).

- Paying via credit card in advance.

- Strictly no members of the public in the yard or office.

- When you arrive, please wait in your car and call us (01 802 6676) so we know you are here.

- When calling, please make sure it’s one person with your pet.

- Please refrain from bringing children with you also.

All these measures will help us to reduce the risk and spread.

While we understand this is a difficult time, we MUST enforce these measures as the Health, Safety and Welfare of our doggies, clients and staff MUST, as always, be our priority.

We also will not be confirming any bookings at this time.
We will, however, confirm any emergency bookings.

They are out for a walk and they have seen a rabbit hopping around the field. It was very exciting for them.
