Hi everyone! 👋 I’m a qualified veterinary nurse and experienced house call groomer offering a premium, stress-free grooming experience in the comfort of your pet’s home.

So I asked some of my regulars why they choose Pet and Call and what benefits they find from my services, here was some of their responses ❤️

Pet and Call is a luxury, premium service that suits so many people and dogs, especially elderly, nervous dogs or those with medical conditions.
Apart from the obvious that you don’t have to leave your house or even be there, your dog doesn’t have the stress of two car journeys, being in a salon all day with barking dogs and they get the same familiar face and touch every time. I am usually in and out within 2 hours.

My main concern is always the comfort, health and happiness of your pet, I work hard to ensure they are as comfortable as possible, as for many dogs grooming is a stressful experience, especially if they have had a negative or stressful time before. I believe that patience, kindness and love can completely change a dogs experience and many dogs really love seeing me coming and enjoy their grooming time!

Obviously I am a qualified veterinary nurse which also benefits you and your dog. I don’t just groom your pet, I give them a full body scan, do their nails, check and clean their ears and also express their a**l glands. I can advice you on the best course of action to take whether that be home treatment or a vet visit if I suspect something is off.

I have always tried to be as fair as possible with my pricing, often too fair and ripping myself off, with rising costs of equipment, supplies, diesel and my living costs it is difficult to find a balance as house call grooming is a luxury service and should be nearly double that of salon prices. It is a struggle for me to charge my worth and time but my prices have to reflect my skills and work!

I’m so grateful to all of my clients that understand and appreciate this and that keep me so busy.

I currently have some availability for house call, however your pet must be on a regular grooming schedule with me as this ensures they build their confidence with me and the grooming experience as well as keeping their coat as healthy as possible
