💔 Community Update from Pet Palace

Hi everyone,

We wanted to share something that happened in our shop this past Monday. A person removed a significant number of items from the store without payment. The incident was recorded on CCTV and has been reported to the Gardaí.

We’re not posting this to shame anyone or start trouble — just to be open about the reality small businesses are facing at the moment. Times are difficult for many people, but situations like this are also very hard on local shops trying to keep their doors open.

We also want to gently make other local businesses aware and encourage everyone to stay vigilant.

We truly appreciate the support we receive from our customers and the community. Every purchase, kind word, and bit of understanding really does make a difference to a small business like ours.

Dear Customers,

Please be advised that due to the Christmas holiday period, our courier company will be on holiday. Normal courier deliveries will resume on January 5th.
Orders placed during this period will be dispatched after normal courier services resume.

As a special arrangement, orders for customers located in Dublin 1, Dublin 2, Dublin 3, Dublin 4, Dublin 8, and Dublin 9 can still be delivered by our in-store staff during this period.
However, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
