We are all so sad that our receptionist Katie has moved on from Charlemont. Her friendly welcome and helpful nature made a lasting impression on everyone who walked through our doors. She will be greatly missed by both staff and clients, and we wish her every success and happiness in her next chapter.
To say goodbye Katie wrote a beautiful poem. There was hardly a dry eye in the clinic after reading it!

To the best team in the veterinary field,
I hate to say goodbye, with so much camaraderie revealed.
Working with you has been an absolute dream;
Every one of you is fantastic and together you make a great team.
Paul, you are so tall but never make anyone feel small.
Ruth, you’ve made this journey so smooth, with kindness that always speaks the truth.
Maria, what an amazing teacher, your great leadership is definitely a bonus feature
Marta, with her infectious laugh and whose vet skills are truly magnifica!
Aoife, forever enjoy your adventures; it was an absolute pleasure to meet ya!
Joana, a great friend with ultrasound knowledge, youll be a great mentor while I'm in college.
Roisin, what can I say? You’re supreme and a great cog in this machine.
Antonio, I’ll definitely miss laughing and joking with you, muchacho.
Alison, my confidant, who always treats the practice as a palace without any malice.
Becca, always smiling and bright; did I tell you, your crochet creations are just a delight!
Shannon, you stunning wagon, essential to the clinic, ill miss our chats that none could mimic
Ava my altruistic friend who loves a good musical or drama, just standing beside you gives good
karma.
Working here these last few years has been such a joy and pleasure.
The memories made here I will forever treasure.
Leaving here today is very bittersweet,
But the skills, wisdom, and stories shared leave my heart complete.
