Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind Open Day - 30th August 2025

Tickets are now available for our annual Open Day which take place in our Training Centre on Saturday 30th August.

Don’t miss out on all of the fun games, cool tours, and of course meeting some of our amazing dogs. There may even be a secret guest or two!

We are looking for volunteers.

The Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind, Portmarnock / Malahide Branch, is hosting an information session to recruit new volunteers to help with their work.

The information session is being held on Saturday, February 15th, at the Malahide Parish Centre, St. Sylvester’s Church, Main Street, Malahide, Co. Dublin, K36 HR63.

You can drop in anytime from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

If you are interested, please come along to learn more about our incredible work and discover how our adorable puppies grow into resilient, life-changing Guide and Assistance Dogs. You’ll see firsthand how even just one hour of your time can help transform lives in 2025. Connect with fellow dog lovers and be part of something truly meaningful. Together, we can change lives - One paw at a time.
