It's been very quiet here, had a new baby a few months ago and he takes all my time.
I have still been taking puppies that need care though.

These 2 handsome puppers are fully weaned and looking for their own families to love them.

A bit late for international dog day, but better late than never. ❤❤❤

Cookie MC Nuggets sporting her new coat and the 2 cleftie boys Lazzy ( 4 weeks tri colour) and Pickles (2 weeks ) .

It's busy here as you can imagine, constant laundry, feeds being made, cuddles and snuggles, obviously the last 2 are the most Important and my favourite ❤❤❤

When cookie is having a bad day this is what it looks like, she does this after everything she eats or drinks no matter how tiny.
Her bad days are getting less.. every day used to be bad for her, but the mince is suiting her and she's having less and less bad days, I don't know of she will ever be completely free from bad days but one step at a time 💪💪💪💪

Little Cookie MC Nuggets has good days where she's chewing on Dave's juicy jaws and biting cliff's tongue.
We have been experimenting with different foods and the only thing she can keep down well-ish is raw mince.. it's far from ideal but it's working for now.
Formula, water and puppy mousse all come back up and she gets very distressed when this happens as you'll see in my next video ..
When she gets bigger we can experiment more and find something that works for her💪

Right now she is 900g, 6 weeks old and currently gnawing on the fingers of my left hand 😂😂😂

It was a very hot a sunny day today ... but didn't stop the boys from wanting to play 😂😂😂.

We ended up having to confiscate Cliffords ball because he just wouldn't take NO for an answer and rest 😫🙄😎.

As you can see he LOVES his ball and is happiest when the squeaker is still squeaking, this one has lasted 3 days so far... a record for Clifford as he usually has the squeaker killed within the first 12 hours ( thanks .ie 😂)

Dave tries soooooo hard to get the ball from him but is never successful.. he keeps trying anyway 😂

This little dot ( mary )has joined perfectly imperfect puppies, she has been here since 1 week old with feeding issues that are just getting worse as she grows. She's 4 weeks old now 💪

Initially thought ( and hoped ) it was reflux ( GERD) but she cannot keep anything down so my wonderful vets suspect a hiatus hernia.
She is booked in for x-rays so we can maybe get a clearer idea of what is going on with her.

I hope she's behaving herself, she's tiny tiny but mighty wriggly😂.

Sinnamon has only once been away from me and that was because she had to be hospitalised when she was 6 months old.
It's safe to say I'm the one suffering from separation anxiety 😂😂😂

Podge tried so so so hard to stay but his frail heart just couldn't carry him any longer 💔💔.

The vet managed to take a lot of fluid and air from his abdomen and gave him a strong painkiller. He passed away against my heart a short while later.

These babies are often more broken than I can see but I love every piece of them and try everything to fix them.
Podge had breathing issues from day one and fought hard and I fought with him. He more than earned and deserved the shiny wings he got today ❤❤

It breaks my heart every single time ... it doesn't get easier and never will but I'll always try everything because I look at my lot, and Rio and Cupid ( now del boy) and theia and many others who were perfectly Imperfect in some way and know that they are living their best lives with families who love them. They are worth heartaches and tears and sleepless nights ... every single one of them ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Well folks.. he's STILL fighting, after 3 days his bowels are starting to work again and hes farting like crazy but this sack of abdominal fluid is pushing everything over and putting pressure on everything and even making tube feeding difficult as I have to push the stomach over gently to be able to feed him , he needs to have it removed. I don't know what it will cost but I have to try, he's fighting hard so he deserves every chance💪🤞❤

I've sent pictures to my vet and will go from there. Fingers crossed 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

Podge is still fighting. Twice last night i thought he was gone, he had a seizure and was sure he wasn't going to come back.
Here he is, still fighting . I'll fight with him as long as he wants and needs me to.

Hasn't needed oxygen and kept his colour most of the time.
The only place he us comfortable is in my hands. Hubby and I have been taking turns and making sure he's loved every moment ❤❤❤❤
