I generally send a text with your app at the end of my working day however if you do not hear from me please get in touch. It is your responsibility to ensure your dogs apps are booked☺️
A confirmation text is sent the night before if you do not receive a text let me know. Please do not show up without having received a text
All of my customers are on a 4,6 or 8 week schedule if you are unable to make it please allow 24 hours notice so I can try and fill the app. If you do not give 24hr notice you will be charged the full amount of the groom. I will always do my best to give you the soonest available app.

Now available to buy🐶 Coat detangler. Can be sprayed in wet or dry coat Couple sprays on the coat brush though then use your comb. Will keep the coat knot free especially on the legs,ears/face and tail.
Cost is €10 and €5 to refill your bottle once it’s gone.

Pawfumes also available which are normally €15 but you can buy the two for €20. Just ask on your next visit❤️
