Congratulations to Lee Valley student Tara O'Mahony on her two second and one forth place at Cork show! Tara was on her young pony Prince. Tara came 2nd in Show pony under 153 class, 2nd Pony Club class and 4th in Show Hunter pony up to 148.

So the 6th show of the O'Brien's Saddlery /Lee Valley Equestrian Centre Horse masters League is done and dusted! We had a great day!

Thanks everyone who helped judge, set up, and tear down, you were all fabulous! We can't offer these competitions without your help! We were so impressed with how much EVERYONE improved since the last ptv! If you weren't able to stay for awards, you can pick them up this week.

This was the last dressage show of the series. Sunday June 8 is our outside TREC type PTV, the last of the series, and June 22 is show jumping and the awards for the series. If anyone hasn't done a PTV or show jumping yet, or is missing your 4th show to be eligible for the series, here are your last 2 chances!

Our Story

WELCOME! Lee Valley Equestrian Centre is a full service AIRE approved facility. We offer lessons in a number of different disciplines for absolute beginners on up to more advanced riders, ages 3 to 83. Lessons available in general riding, dressage, jumping, natural horsemanship, and western riding. Trekking is available, from gentle half hour treks to one, two, and 5 hour “heritage hacks” that travel past a number of historical sights in the areas and stop for lunch at Mai Fitz’s, a lovely local Irish pub with great food. We are now also offering residential pony camps and equestrian holidays, with accommodation at the beautiful Warrensgrove Estate just across the street.
