It is official , I am HOME 🥳 🥳
After 882 days in the care of HART , I found my forever home 🏡🩷
Thank you to everyone who shared my story. I will now be passing on my page to my other friends who are still in kennels from HART that are looking for their forever homes too.

I really don’t want to have to go back to kennels 😥💔
Unfortunately my foster mum has gone back to work so I am still looking for my forever home.
A little reminder of my home requirements:
💫 I will need to be the only dog
💫 I cannot live with cats
💫 I will need to wear a muzzle when out in public due to my breed

Hi everyone, unfortunatly for me I am on the look out for a home.
Let me explain, I did go into foster with a view to adopt and Sandra really did want to adopt me. She has been offered a job that means she wont be around enough to look after me. I am delighted for Sandra although sad also. As I am not a fan of other dogs doggy daycare is not an option for me.
Below is a write up from Sandra and I am so greatful she took me under wing, I have learnt so much and trust people alot more because of her kindness and patience.

A gently people loving sweetheart who thinks cuddles and belly rubs are the meaning of life.
She can be a couch potato or an adventure buddy. She loves her walls but also loves to chill. She will let you know when she wants an attention, you get the nudge.
Doesn’t climb the stairs or go on furniture. Fully house trained and very clean.
Not a great fan of man but once you give her a treat, she can be the biggest flirt. Loves to get her coat brushed and be towel dried after getting caught in a rain shower on our walks.
She is the best friend you didn’t know you needed.

I am typing this update from my foster home which is with a view to adopt

Sandra said I am doing great other than I was refusing to get into her car by myself 🤪. I now realise the car is a good thing as I get to visit Farran Woods for example and I am happy out to hop in. I am meeting lots of Sandras family members and once they let me suss them out first I actually like them all. It did help her Dad brought treats the first few times, we are best buds now 🫢

So many new experiences like walking around the town, cars passing don't bother me, meeting lots of people and their dogs on my walks none of this phasing me. I am pretty chuffed with myself but none of this would have been possible without Sandra giving me this chance 😘

I am going to take over from Gianna today ! My name is Rihanna and I am also looking for my forever home 🩷

I was picked up as a stray in Dec 2024 and brought to Carlow/Kilkenny pound where HART - Homeless Animal Rescue Team - Ireland rescued me from.
My favourite thing is meeting new people and I love attention from anyone. I have a very bubbly personality and everyone that meets me seems to really like me but I’m still searching for my own home.

I would like to be the only dog in the house and sadly I don’t like cats very much. I am only about 2.5 years old and nearly half of that has been spent in kennels 💔💔

🏡 A safe and secure garden for me
🏡 A person with breed experience would be a bonus
🏡 Because of my breed I do need to be muzzled in public but I don’t mind and I am happy to wear it
🏡 Unfortunately I cannot live with another dog or cat

At the moment I live in North Cork so people would need to travel to me to see me. I promise I am worth it 🥰
